These labels describe the supplied files, not verified current standing. 8 registrations have expiration dates strictly before the import reference date, Oct 11, 2026. A date equal to that reference date is not counted as passed. Future dates do not guarantee continued registration.

Files and fingerprints

The import date is Oct 11, 2026; it is not the source export date, which is unknown for all four files. SHA-256 hashes identify the exact supplied bytes, not their authenticity or official origin. Raw CSVs are not published because they contain fields, including street addresses, outside the public profile scope.

Duplicates, category mismatches, and dates

The supplied Home Improvement Contractors file also contains NHC registrations found in the New Home Construction Contractors file. 2,579 cross-file duplicate rows were collapsed using identical trimmed safe fields. Addresses and omitted personal fields are not part of that comparison, so this is not a claim that every original cell was identical. HIC, NHC, and MCO credential prefixes determine category, rather than the filename. Source-mismatch notices retain that distinction.

Every contributing filename and logical row is preserved on its profile. Rows count CSV records including the header and blank records, not physical lines within quoted cells. Leading zeroes and full nonstandard registration suffixes are retained; suffixes are not merged into a base credential.

0 duplicate groups have conflicting safe values in this import. If rows disagree, all distinct safe variants are retained and shown; the primary display uses the earliest logical row in filename order, not a presumed latest or correct record.

Missing or invalid dates display as “Not recorded.” Invalid nonempty dates and contradictory dates receive notices. First issuance is a credential date, not a business founding date. Name capitalization is preserved; city casing may be mechanically normalized without correcting geography.

The manifest records 601 business-name groups spanning credential categories. Case and whitespace name overlaps do not prove common ownership or legal identity. Profile links to other same-name registrations are capped at six and are navigation aids only.

Salespersons: aggregate analysis only

The salesperson file contains 3,854 rows. No individual salesperson identities or standalone profiles are published. Supervisor matching uses exact normalized HIC registration numbers, never an employer-name guess.

Publication boundaries and corrections

Public profiles include business/DBA names, or a sole registrant name when neither is recorded, plus city, state, ZIP, registration fields, and source evidence. Street addresses, salesperson identities, and personal names accompanying a business or DBA are omitted. Services, insurance, reviews, contacts, websites, and availability are not invented or inferred.
