Public registration information
Directory profiles use selected fields from user-supplied credential CSVs imported October 11, 2026. Original provenance and export time are unknown; the records were not live checked. Public fields include a business/DBA name, or a sole registrant name where neither is supplied, city, state, ZIP, registration status and dates, and source evidence. Street addresses, salesperson identities, and personal names accompanying a business or DBA are omitted. Raw CSVs are not public downloads. Seedata sources and handling.
Directory searches
Enhanced directory browsing can fetch the site's local public search-data file. That request downloads registration information, not planner answers, and does not perform a live credential check. Directory GET searches can put search terms and filters in the URL, browser history, and hosting or proxy logs. Avoid entering private project details in a directory search.
Planner answers
Your answers are held in the current page’s memory. The site does not send them to a server, contractor, CRM, analytics service, or email recipient. The planner does not use cookies, local storage, or session storage to save your answers.
Closing and reopening the planner on the same page keeps your answers available. Use “Clear answers & start over” to remove them from the active planner. Leaving or reloading the page ends that planning session; do not rely on the browser to retain your work.
Downloads are your own copy
Choosing “Download text plan” creates a file in your browser for you to save. It does not submit a request. That file can remain on your device or in a synced downloads folder after the page is closed. Manage or delete it using your device’s file controls; clearing the planner does not delete a downloaded copy.
Only include information you need for planning. Avoid sensitive personal, financial, or access information in the notes. You decide whether to share your downloaded plan with someone else.
Page requests and external links
The site serves its fonts, images, styles, scripts, and directory data locally and does not include third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website visit, loading a page sends ordinary request information, such as an IP address and browser headers, to the hosting infrastructure.
A hosting provider or reverse proxy may keep access or error logs. Retention and access depend on the actual deployment; this notice does not claim that infrastructure logs are absent. The site’s planner code does not include your answers in page URLs or network requests.
If you follow an external link, including the state credential lookup, that destination’s privacy practices apply.
Before a live inquiry service
No inquiry collection or contractor enrollment is active. A live service would need an identified operator, a working privacy contact, defined retention and deletion practices, named data recipients, and an approved consent and submission workflow. This notice must be reviewed against the actual hosting and service configuration before activation.
